Tahreek Ulama-e-Hind has been placing more emphasis on training youth in the field of employment. So far, Tahreek has organized training camps in Bikaner, Ratlam, Barmer, Kota, Jalore and Jaipur on employment prospects in the media. In which youth were trained on media employment as well as online business prospects.

Tahreek Ulama-e-Hind is helping the participants in government service to enrol in appropriate training institutes, as well as Tahreek Ulama-e- Hind is going to set up training camps to get small employment from the year 2020. Tahreek Ulama-e-Hind is generally launching efforts in the academic session 2020-2021 to enrol Muslim youth for training in government IITs. For this, Tahreek Ulama-e-Hind appeals to the donors who are sensitive, serious and see positive changes from their donations, to help these unemployed Muslim youth in financial aid instead of enrolling them in some kind of training. This is also proved by the Sunnah of our beloved prophet Hazrat Muhammad (Sallallahu ta’ala alaihi wasallam) in which he, with the help of a poor man, had advised him to adopt self-employment.

We are seeing that there is a lot of self-employment and talent in the Muslim community, but in the competitive era, effective use of technology and computers, changing trends in marketing and new possibilities of online business are needed. Muslims are lagging behind changing their skills with modern tools. To prepare for this, Tahreek is going to set up training camps to connect young businessmen and skilled people with online business from the year 2020. Tahreek is also releasing the program calendar of the year 2020 to make public information about the government schemes of self-employment so that skilled, unemployed youth or small businessmen can be trained in every city on how to increase business and employment.

तहरीक उलामा ए हिंद रोजगार के क्षेत्र में युवाओं को प्रशिक्षण पर अधिक जोर देती आई है। अभी तक मीडिया में रोजगार की संभावनाओं पर तहरीक उलामा ए हिंद बीकानेर, रतलाम, बाड़मेर, कोटा, जालौर और जयपुर में प्रशिक्षण कैंपों का आयोजन कर चुकी है। जिनमें मीडिया में रोज़गार के साथ साथ ऑनलाइन बिजनेस की संभावनाओं पर भी युवाओं को प्रशिक्षित किया गया। तहरीक उलामा ए हिंद सरकारी सेवा में जाने वाले प्रतिभागियों को उचित प्रशिक्षण संस्थानों में दाखिले के लिए मदद कर रही है, साथ ही तहरीक उलामा ए हिंद वर्ष 2020 से छोटे रोजगार प्राप्त करने के लिए प्रशिक्षण कैंप लगाने जा रही है।

आमतौर पर सरकारी आईआईटी में प्रशिक्षण के लिए मुस्लिम युवाओं को दाखिला दिलाने का तहरीक उलामा ए हिंद शैक्षणिक सत्र 2020-2021 में प्रयास शुरू कर रही है। इसके लिए तहरीक उलामा ए हिंद समाज के संवेदनशील, गंभीर और अपने दान से समुचित सकारात्मक बदलाव देखने वाले दानदाताओं से अपील करती है कि वे इन बेरोजगार मुस्लिम युवाओं की आर्थिक मदद की बजाय इन्हें किसी प्रकार के प्रशिक्षण में दाखिले में आर्थिक मदद करें। यह हमारे प्यारे नबी हजरत मुहम्मद सल्लल्लाहु तआला अलैहि वसल्लम की सुन्नत से भी साबित होता है जिसमें उन्होंने एक ग़रीब व्यक्ति की मदद के साथ उसे स्वरोजगार अपनाने की नसीहत दी थी।

हम देख रहे हैं कि मुस्लिम समुदाय में स्वरोजगार और हुनर की भरपूर संभावनाएं हैं लेकिन प्रतिद्वंद्विता, तकनीक के और कंप्यूटर के प्रभावी इस्तेमाल, मार्केटिंग के बदलते रुजहान एवं ऑनलाइन बिजनेस की नई संभावनाओं के बीच मुसलमान अपने हुनर और काबिलियत को रोजगार में बदलने में पिछड़ रहा है। इसकी तैयारी के लिए तहरीक वर्ष 2020 से युवा कारोबारियों और हुनरमंद लोगों को ऑनलाइन कारोबार से जोड़ने के प्रशिक्षण कैंप लगाने जा रही है। तहरीक स्वरोजगार की सरकारी योजनाओं की जानकारी को सार्वजनिक करने के लिए भी वर्ष 2020 का कार्यक्रम कैलेंडर जारी कर रही है ताकि हर शहर में हुनरमंद, बेरोज़गार युवा या छोटे कारोबारियों को व्यापार और रोज़गार बढ़ाने के तरीक़ों का प्रशिक्षण दिया जा सके।
