It is an authentic belief that Muslims are the largest prisoners as undertrials. Despite not being proved a crime and lack of bail or lack of bail, these Muslim youth have to face problems in jail. The constitution and law of India believes that unless a person is found guilty, he cannot be called guilty, but when we see the situation of the prisoners sent in custody and listen to them, the realty is upside down. The court will decide the crime of a person, but Tahreek Ulama-e-Hind believes that keeping a person in jail only for the amount of bail and lack of bail violates his human rights. That person is also entitled to bail as much as any financially rich person takes advantage of the minimum human rights guarantee given by the constitution. It cannot be denied on the basis of money or support of the individual. Tahreek Ulama-e-Hind appeals to the community’s people while protecting the constitutional right of the prisoners who are incarcerated in jail for the amount of bail or lack of bail, that they can help us to get these people out on bail and to meet their families.

Just as Tahreek Ulama-e-Hind worked hard to get the Rajasthan government to enact stricter laws in the matter of lynching and get its successful gift to the society, just like providing help to get justice to riot effected or addressing human rights issue, or helping the families of people killed in communal violence. We also appeals to the people of the society for legal and financial help to the effected families. Tahreek Ulama-e-Hind aims to collect data by 2020 of Muslim youth and their families implicated in riots and communal violence in Rajasthan and false cases of terrorism. After this collection, it will be easy to assess the real situation and needs of every family, after that we will be able to make a positive plan about the economic, employment, education and health of that families. The method is to adopt data collection and accurate assessment of the needs of the youth and affected families involved in false cases of riots, communal violence and terrorism in Rajasthan. This will help to make positive changes in the effected families.

All dedicated ulamas of Tahreek believe that the religious provisions related to the Muslim community and the generous money of the Muslim community are being misused. We want to make sure that we are passionate about being fearful of Allah, a reverent and a follower of Prophet Hazrat Muhammad (Sallahu Alaihi Wasallam) but it is our responsibility to distribute the right donation to the right people. Many economic analysts said that if Muslims learn only the proper use of their ‘zakat’, then there will be no poor in this society itself, but it has become a situation that even after plowing so much money and financial help, neither the condition of Muslim society is changing nor poverty is ending in society.

We strongly believe that we will help donors to make good use of the donated funds for the Muslim community and this effort should be reflected in human rights, education, health, employment and training.

यह प्रमाणिक विश्वास है कि मुसलमान विचाराधीन कैदी के तौर पर सबसे ज्यादा जेलों में बंद हैं। अपराध साबित ना होने के बावजूद और जमानत का धन या जमानतियों के अभाव में इन मुस्लिम युवाओं को जेल में दुर्दिन देखने पड़ रहे हैं। भारत का संविधान और कानून मानता है कि जब तक कोई व्यक्ति दोषी सिद्ध ना हो जाए, उसे दोषी नहीं कहा जा सकता लेकिन जब हम हिरासत में भेजे गए कैदियों की स्थिति देखते हैं और उनकी बातें सुनते हैं तो मन सिहर उठता है। किसी व्यक्ति के अपराध का निर्णय तो न्यायालय ही करेगा परंतु तहरीक उलामा हिंद यह मानती है कि मात्र जमानत की राशि और जमानतियों के अभाव में किसी भी व्यक्ति को जेल में रखने से उसके मानवाधिकारों का उल्लंघन होता है। वह व्यक्ति भी जमानत लेने का उतना ही हकदार है जितना कोई आर्थिक रूप से संपन्न व्यक्ति संविधान द्वारा दी गई न्यूनतम मानव अधिकार की गारंटी का लाभ लेता है। इसे धन अथवा व्यक्ति के समर्थन के आधार पर वंचित नहीं किया जा सकता। तहरीक उलामा ए हिंद जमानत की राशि अथवा जमानतियों के अभाव में जेल में दुर्दिन काट रहे कैदियों के संवैधानिक अधिकार की रक्षा करते हुए समुदाय के लोगों से अपील करती है कि वो इन लोगों को जमानत पर बाहर लाने और उनके परिवारों से मिलवाने में हमारी आर्थिक और कानूनी मदद करें।

तहरीक उलामा ए हिंद ने जिस प्रकार लिंचिंग के मामले में राजस्थान सरकार से कठोर कानून बनवाने में मात्र एक साल के भीतर मेहनत की और उसका सफल उपहार समाज को दिलवाया है, ठीक उसी प्रकार मानवाधिकार के मुद्दे पर दंगे, या सांप्रदायिक हिंसा में मारे गए लोगों के परिवार वालों की मदद के लिए भी समाज के लोगों से कानूनी और आर्थिक मदद की अपील करती है। तहरीक उलामा ए हिंद का लक्ष्य है कि मॉडल राज्य के आधार पर सबसे पहले राजस्थान में दंगे और सांप्रदायिक हिंसा में मारे गए लोगों और आतंकवाद के झूठे मामलों में फंसाए गए मुस्लिम युवाओं और उनके परिवार वालों का वर्ष 2020 तक डाटा संग्रहण कर लिया जाए। इस संग्रहण के बाद हर परिवार की वास्तविक स्थिति और आवश्यकता का आकलन करना आसान हो जाएगा, तत्पश्चात उस परिवार की आर्थिक, रोजगार, बच्चों की शिक्षा और स्वास्थ्य के बारे में हम एक सकारात्मक योजना बना पाएंगे। तरीका यह है कि राजस्थान में दंगा, सांप्रदायिक हिंसा और आंतकवाद के झूठे मामलों में फंसाए गए युवाओं और प्रभावित परिवारों का डाटा संग्रहण और उनकी आवश्यकताओं का सही आकलन होने के तत्पश्चात हर परिवार को गोद दिया जाए। इससे हक़दार परिवार की सकारात्मक मदद हो पाएगी। तहरीक उलमा ए हिंद के सभी संजीदा उलमा का यह विश्वास है कि मुस्लिम समुदाय के दान संबंधित धार्मिक प्रावधानों और मुस्लिम समुदाय की उदार मन से दी गई धनराशि का भारी दुरुपयोग हो रहा है। हम यह सुनिश्चित करना चाहते हैं कि अल्लाह से डरने वाले, पैगंबर हजरत मुहम्मद सल्ललाहु तआला अलैहि वसल्लम के प्रति श्रद्धा भाव रखने वाले और उनके अनुयायी होने के नाते हमारा भावुक होना लाज़िमी है लेकिन इस भावना से किए गए दान का सही व्यक्ति तक पहुंचना भी हमारी ही ज़िम्मेदारी है।

बहुत सारे आर्थिक विश्लेषकों ने कहा कि मुसलमान सिर्फ अपने जकात का सदुपयोग सीख जाए तो उसमें कोई गरीब नहीं रहेगा परंतु यह परिस्थिति बन गई है कि इतना धन दान और आर्थिक मदद लुटाने के बाद भी ना तो मुसलमान समाज की स्थिति बदल रही है और ना ही समाज में ग़रीबी का अंत हो रहा है।

हमारा कठोर विश्वास है कि मुस्लिम समुदाय के दान किए गए धन का सदुपयोग करवाने में हम दानदाताओं की मदद करेंगे और यह प्रयास मानवाधिकार, शिक्षा, स्वास्थ्य, रोजगार और प्रशिक्षण में नजर आना चाहिए।
